Why Are Obese People Skipping Vaccine Line?

I got an email today and alongside the legitimate reasons to get vaccinated before others was obesity. I understand they have a much higher risk of dying from coronavirus, but at the same time, for the vast majority of obese people it's their fault they're obese. It's not like other conditions on the list which are things you can't control (and pregnancy which obviously should be allowed to skip the line).
I don't know, it just doesn't sit right with me that people who made poor choices are getting the vaccine before the rest of us. Of course, not everyone has access to fresh produce or have a ton of time to exercise, but if you're obese, the vast majority of the time it's because of your own bad decisions.
That doesn't mean they should be pushed to the back of the line, but obese people shouldn't get to skip the line either.

Off topic a little bit I think ugly people should have to wear a mask for the rest of their lives. I'm not joking, we give them a 3 month grace period. At the 3

Doesn't seem fair to me either but public health medicine is not about who's most deserving, it's about sending scarce resources to where it will do the most good for the most people, and obesity is a major risk factor.
Anyway, give it a couple more weeks and you won't be able to walk down the street without somebody wanting to sign you up for a shot.

"You shouldn't be able to get a vaccine if you're anti-mask", or
"If you've been to a restaurant in the past year you shouldn't be eligible for a vaccine",
than we're going to have to deal with obese people getting vaccinated ahead of healthy folk. The second personal behavior enters in the math is the second it immediately will get turned on conservative behavior by the liberal elites, basement dwelling white kids, and media.

Hypertension isn’t in the list. Wtf?? It was one of the main diagnoses they was listed as a comorbidity when they listed it on LDH website.
