I actually used to live next door to the burger king on St Charles. When I'd go to my back porch while they were cooking there burgers, it would make me sick. I can't eat their burgers anymore.
I do have a nostalgic taste for the croissanwhich and French toast sticks. Plus their egg is much better than most fast joints.

Haven't eaten at a BK in over 2 years. The one I can't go back to now is Wendy's. I ordered a burger from there 3 months ago and one last month. Two different stores. Both times, there was a then strip of plastic on the outer edge of the burger that ended up in my mouth. About an inch long and so thin you cannot see it until you pull it out of your mouth. I am sure it is something to do with the packaging process at the plant but the 2nd time was enough for me. Will never eat there again.

You have shitty luck. Wendy's used to be my GOAT. 99 cent double stacks. 99 cent five piece nuggets. That. Dollar fry and a drink. Original four dollar whatever the frick. The burgers were good. They used to have tenders too for a short while. They were great. Their bbq sauce is delicious. The fricking chicken their is the best it gets at a burger place. frick I could go right now.
