Whose brilliant idea was the old public bathroom rotating sanitary towel?

I've never seen this. But Chicago O'Hare bathrooms have the GOAT toilets. You push a button and a brand new plastic seat cover rotates around and covers the entire seat with fresh plastic to sit on.

Y'all do know it doesn't reuse the same towel over and over right? It comes from a fresh roll at the top and then re-rolls the towel into the lower compartment.

you understand that you are always wiping on a clean section of the towel, right?
unworkable because it was impractical to be washing that shite every night, but in theory, it seemed like a good idea if the clean part of the roll could last through the day.
