That bubble machine has been there for a few years. It's not hard to miss.

Imagine living in Suburbia and your next door neighbor just randomly has a bubble machine blowing from his front yard 24 hours a day.

Your car and yard get soaked with soap bubbles the entire time you are home. Your yard and grass gets soaked with soap bubbles 24/7

You're cool with it?

It’s part of this particular bar and has been for several years. Did the buyer not perform proper due diligence before buying the property?

There is always one lame POS that is gonna try and ruin everyone else’s fun.

The bubble machine is used to attract people to the bar. It’s outside and not some big event they use for fun. What “fun” will be ruined by having it removed or put inside the bar?

It's not unreasonable to expect your property to NOT be bombarded by messy soap bubbles
Exactly.

Why change the scenario completely?

This isn’t suburbia. His neighbor didn’t just randomly start blowing bubbles and the guy has no yard.

My local bar has two of them, though the bartender really likes bubbles.

I was responding to the claim that he should know the issues he’s dealing with by moving next to a bar.

That’s not the point. Is a bubble machine a common thing associated with a bar?

Considering the bar supposedly blows bubbles 24/7, yes he should have known that’s what he was getting into prior to purchasing the property.

Again. It doesn’t matter how long the machine has been there.

Good point... I have quite a few non confrontational people in my family that would be annoyed but not want to cause a scene.

Me? I love some righteous ruckus, lol.

If there’s one thing consistent about urbanites, it is their desire to have their European import automobiles and outdoor living spaces repeatedly caked in soap by an effeminate bar owner.

Its not uncommon. Was at one over the weekend in Birmingham that had one

Also, this one sounds like it is pretty much a staple of this bar, at least for a few years at this point?. How did they not know it was there when purchasing? Did they never visit the property in person?

I can be somewhat sympathetic to a homeowner as the bubbles do travel to other's property and cause issue. Curious what the compromise was.

With the limited amount here, I'm probably on the bar side, especially if they offered a reasonable compromise that the homeowner refused.
