Over the years I just always assumed some of it had to with lack of access to willing women, but seeing so many of these millionaire booty bandits doing the same, there's no doubt a lot of it has to do with being raised in a culture with so much masculine-feminine energy.

normally when the media claims something but doesn't mention the name they are trying to oversell the actual story.
by posting "A-list celeb" they pretty much confirmed it isn't Bieber, but they want people to think it is.
if it was actually Bieber they would just say alleged Bieber/Diddy sex tape because that would draw more clicks than keeping who the other celebrity is anonymous.

Isn't it also common among psychopaths / serial killers to have domineering mother figures and absent or hated fathers? Might explain some of the violence in that culture. Along with the whole Whore/Madonna complex that makes it ok to treat women like shite if they're willing to sex you.
