That is correct, Dr Mitchel lives in the gated yard in curve. Before he passed away, MP Evans was the richest on paper because of all of the land he owned. It didn't sell for close to what they listed it for. Now Robert is close to the richest if not the top dog. I would also throw in the LeBlanc family.

They never wanted to. They had already bought all of the Reedy Creek property in FL under shell corporations. They used LA and VA to make FL give them bigger tax breaks.
Tom Benson was listed on the Forbes 400 as LA's wealthiest at 1.6 billion last year.

Forbes list is not accurate. Very hard to gauge the wealth of owners of privately held companies. Benson might be #4 at best.
