I believe it was his his 3 DWI's and disbarment that caused the talk. And it's not smearing someone to recount the truth of the circumstances as available in public record.

You get mad that someone smeared you on Tigerdropping which probably tens of people in your district are on Tigerdroppings.
This seems like a waste of time to me.
