Duh. 3x3 tomorrow. Last set at 375. The shins will be bruised.

At Fletcher's House of Power, the 3 D's are doing some serious deadlifting every week before noon and they are all mid to late 60s.
Deadlifts, when done properly, are a great all-around lift like squats.

I do them once a week, but its my weakest exercise. I can only do about 215. I can squat 275 though. I'm not claiming to be super strong, but my dead lift seems weak, comparably. I haven't made the gains in it, over the past 6 months, I have made in most other strength exercises.

All great, man. Junior is starting to walk and terrorize the dog and continues to be most excellent. He's also starting to look more like me, so you know, great for him.
All good at the ryno residence?

For long term and practical resistance training, they are not worth it. You can talk it up all day and in the end, you are wrong.

You're form likely needs major fixing.

Yes sir. I'm in fine for and the family is following suit. Your kid is lucky...you are incredibly handsome and symetrical.

You are such a try hard. Are you still trying to grow your nuts as big as your wifes?

I love deadlifts.
Absolutely my favorite lift. Squats are an almost borderline second.
I remember a few years ago when I hit 500 for the first time. It was a great moment

You're doing them wrong if you're scraping or bruising your shins. Try a narrower grip and stance.
Dead lifts are a great exercise if your form is solid.

Oh this is a brag thread? Well allow me to retort. 585 1RM. Don't lift heavy anymore but I'll give u a set of 10-12 with 315 pretty easily. I got a couple ladies under my tutelage that'll pull 225-275. You boys better get to work!

I agree when I first started with deadlifts I was too wide....brought it in and now feels much smoother.
