What’s wrong with you? You’re not taking this virus seriously and are the reason we have to stay on lockdown.
You’ll kill us all

Haven't weighed myself but clothes are fitting better. Walking and biking. Even dusted off (literally) a P90X Cardio X DVD for the first time in about 10 years. Not as easy at 46 as it was when I was 36 but made it through it.

I started Keto/Intermittent on the 3rd and I’m down 22 lbs. About 20-25 more to go. I’ve always run/walked about 25-35 miles a week so that’s not a factor. I have been moving a lot more though, doing yard work, lots of pushups, etc. I’m using this time to improve every aspect of my life. I’ve been grinding non stop ( self employed consultant) for about 15 years. I have the impression other people are as well.
Also- my resting heart rate is holding steady around 52.

hink I will put on 10 pounds and might develop a slight drinking problem . Wife thinks we need a “meal” every night. We haven’t had this many formal sit down meals in 27 years of marriage
Sounds amazing

Before this whole thing started I was already eating right and excercising. I lost #15 from 2/1-3/13 (down #193 from #208)
I knew that once we went on lockdown, I would either gain #50 or lose #30 so I started intermitten fasting to control my caloric intake & stretch our groceries.
I'm now at #184 and losing about #5 per week working at a 500 calories deficit. I'm sure this will slow once the fat is almost all gone but it feels good to have these results.

Are you kidding? It’s like an episode of Iron Chef at my house. All we’re doing is cooking extravagant meals.

I've lost 10 lbs. Walking 3 miles every day at lunch and eating better. I'm not sure if the eating better is due to wanting to conserve food, or the exercise is cutting down the craving for bad shite.

I have dropped 20 pounds and plan on more

No. I’ve been drinking and smoking every night... eating a lot of pasta.

This shite has had the opposite effect for me

I haven't lost weight and didn't need to - but I've gotten up to weight training 5 days a week and jogging 5 miles a day now that I have more time away from the office. We're spending more time outside, the yard is immaculate and the wife has me building an arbor and a raised garden for her vegetables.
Both kids are home from college and we actually sit down at night for a family meal which hasn't happened since my kids were in middle school.
