I’ve have never worked out this much in 34 years since basic training. I’m eating better, no junk food, just 2-3 small meals a day, walking 2+ miles a day, and I feel 1000x better than I did a month ago. I’m down 10+ pounds.
This virus had turned me into a germaphobe, health nut.
Exercise is the best relief for stress!!!!

I’m snacking 24/7 like I’m on the S.S. Trash cruise to Diabeetus Island

I’m half kidding... I’m kinda aggravated to be home and around food all the time though. I’m usually OMAD on weekdays and this is killing me.

I've lost 15 pounds so far, and I taught myself Mandarin Chinese and integral calculus. It's working out well for me.

FYI, those with high blood pressure. Buy a box of flaxseed. Eat a spoonful a day. It drops your pressure like nothing else.

I've got weight training every other day the past couple weeks, reduced sugar and carbs from the diet, had time to prepare real meals, and reduced tremendously a lot of anxiety associated from work.

I started training for the Crescent City Classic the day before Mardi Gras because I was gonna give up 1/2 my laziness for lent. I also gave up all but my 1st cocktail each day. I didnt intend to lose weight, but dropped from 180 to 172 and my Garmin watch says I'm a 43 VO2 max (decent for 55 years old). The CCC wont happen, but I'm still on the training schedule and biking too.

I am also eating better. Although I stocked up on canned goods and emergency food, I get fresh produce every couple days and eat that with either fresh caught fish or frozen venison.

Working from home makes staying fit easier.

Think I will put on 10 pounds and might develop a slight drinking problem . Wife thinks we need a “meal” every night. We haven’t had this many formal sit down meals in 27 years of marriage

Not me, I was working 60+ hours a week but got cut back to 40. I wasn't prepared for the time off I was cooking big meals everyday and pigging out. I think I'm getting it under control now.

I've doubled my miles per week on the bike since I started staying at home. The lighter traffic has been a delight. Normally I would be excited about all this extra training for the racing season but not sure how much of it will happen. I had also been focused on trying to set a PR in the Assualt on Mount Mitchell but it is only 6 weeks away so who knows. I am actually eating more but fairly well, but I am burning about 2.5k calories on the bike a day so added to my BMR I have near 5,000 calories to play with.
