Mr Haney, from "Green Acres" used to frequent a Video store that my b-i-l worked at in Hattiesburg, MS around 1988.

Pat Buttram was the guy's name.

You'd recognize his voice a mile away.

My good friend and fraternity brother who died of pancreatic cancer last month. We didn't talk all that frequently, but I would often wonder what he thought about one thing or another. I still do that sometimes, then I realize I won't be able to get his take on things any more. They scattered his ashes the other day. Weird to think of all that's left of him is powder dissolved in the ocean.
