100% Speculation. But if it were true, I doubt the police would want that to be public knowledge. They really don’t want this to elevate to a hate crime where they have to actually apply the rules to the protected class, thereby risking a huge riot in downtown Cincy.

The videos floating around show him slapping someone first. We do miss a lot of what happened before that, but it doesn't look like anyone got physical til he smacked someone.
Goes back to the FAFO rule. Keep your hands to yourself.
