However if a minor is found to be in violation of a noise ordinance while simultaneously demonstrating profane verbiage, the citizen on patrol is well within the legal parameters for apprehension, detention (for up to 90 days), possible civil asset forfeiture (if the vulgarity was exacerbated by the use of an amplification device), drug urinalysis, and blood samples being forcibly drawn (under the supervision of a medic, corpsmen, or any citizen patrolmen with a basic medical training). The fine is not to exceed $10,000 or 5 years in prison.
