White kids calling each other the N word

I've got the windows open at my house and I can hear these kids talking in the street and they are calling each the N word in the same fashion that the rappers use it with the "a". Is this normal, or should I start picking them off with my pellet gun from the second floor?
I'm in san diego so only about 10 here.

Not rich but definitely not a poor neighborhood.

Not a big deal.
I remember at 5 yrs old telling our negro nanny that my sister just called me a N_word.

Anytime I see white kids using that language I immediately assume they will be in prison by age 18

they market to suburban white kids and you think some slang is an indication of criminal behaviour?
How much did you replicate some of the themes of the music you listened to as a teen?

I assume teen boys calling each other n***a have frontal lobe damage.

None. I was aware enough to know I wasn't David Lee Roth or a British new waver.

Their target audience seems to be poor blacks and suburban whites. Most suburban white kids seem to go through it as a phase. Some poor blacks seem to take it as instructions.

My friends and I did this early in high school. Some of them were black guys cause everyone was on the football team, but I still cringe when I think about it. To be fair, it was never once used as a racial slur, so we had that going for us.

I think it’s hilarious. The way people give a word so much power.
It’s not the words...it’s the energy behind them...like talking to a dog.
You can tell your dog “who’s a stupid poo eating idiot, who should have been left at the pound?” But do it in a nice voice, and he’ll love you.
But yell at him in a mean voice “who’s the best dog in the world!” And he’ll cower.
Same thing, it’s the power put behind a word that really matters, no matter what some SJW says

There's no power in the word, it's just worthy of ridicule to see pasty suburbanites referring to thems lives in such a manner. It's extremely cringe worthy.

It’s just frickin slang. It’s only a word.
I work with so many brothers that I find myself using it at times. It just becomes filler. And it’s funny, they’ll get this incredulous look at first and then laugh about it.

Well, you call your friends what you choose, I'll cringe for you.

HATE IT.
And I honestly used to do it too back in high school so I can't really talk. Back when Lil Wayne could still Rock a halftime show. But around my 17th birthday it didn't seem right anymore and I cringe when I hear kids say it now.

The kids parents are to blame for allowing their kids to be trashy.
