The swinger is facing away from the building.
In the beginning of the video, as the swinger reaches the apex of the backswing, the cross bar can be seen in the foreground of his body.

The three poles at the end of the swing give it away too. Imagine his back isn't to the camera, the angle of the support pole doesn't make sense.

He’s swinging towards the building. His feet are going towards the left upper corner of the screen when he straightens his legs.
