The news report with the witness was harrowing. The victims Head was stuck between two cars and she was begging for help. So now her life is absolutely ruined because of this POS. frick him.

It should, unless he is emancipated.

Dumb enough to drop acid and drive.

Not fun enough to drop acid though.

Yep, not the way you want to start your college career. Probably going to military school now.

I know this is gonna sound like a "look out we have an internet badass here" type response. But I'm not going to lie, if some fricking kid on acid did that to my pregnant wife/girlfriend - it would take everything in my soul to hold back from killing him.

What the frick was he thinking? I've taken acid lots of times in my life, and never once did I think it was a great idea to get in a car and go speeding in a garage somewhere.

Yep, it's back. And it's 1,000x better than those shitty gel tabs from 20 years ago. Everyone I know hated LSD after high school. Now, everyone loves it.

Not much when the offender admits to police he was under the influence of LSD.

first degree negligent injuring is the modifier when the offender is intoxicated, IIRC.

So the guy driving 15 mph and eating Cheetos? Not much of a threat.
