You’re very wrong here.
The two round objects are both metal, as they both are extremely hyper dense and show streak artifact from metal.
The rest of the plug is hyper dense but doesn’t show any streak artifact, which is seen in metal.
There are other things besides metal that are hyperdense. Look up vaginal pessary on CT. They are made of silicone and about the same density as this object
There is also significant fat stranding as well as scattered free air surrounding the object.
I’m guessing you aren’t a radiologist but “look” at a lot of CTs? ER doc?

I'm no medical expert, and even less experienced in the realm of butt-plugs, but I thought that image was suspect.
Would have expected to see more tissue damage somewhere wrt the description of 'what happened.'

Hard to say without being able to window and scroll through.
There’s a round, slightly less dense focus in that structure. I’d favor the left ovary with a small ovarian cyst.
