Based on that "diversity and inclusion" reference, some of them may be figs. They are all douchebags, you are correct. They are trying to hide behind the fact they do it for charity. There's plenty of other ways to raise money for the children's hospital

I've finally been able to pinpoint my thoughts on groups like this. They all suffer from main character syndrome.
They want to be seen, heard, etc. even though they aren't offering people anything. No one wants to see fat, sweaty dudes that can't dance worth a shite, walk in a Mardi Gras parade.
