Still remember in 2014 when he forgot about evaporation.
When MSY shut down for the ice storm, he thought the ice was going to melt during the day, stay liquid, and refreeze at night causing the airport to shut down the next day as well.

Really? How hard is it to predict July weather in New Orleans? "It's gonna be hot & humid out there. 50% scattered showers possible in the afternoon." Any idiot can do that job.

Kind of like being a weatherman in Los Angeles year round.
It will be cool along the Pacific coast, but watch out in the valleys it will be hot, and no rain in the forecast 95% of the time.
