Costco – they almost always have the lowest prices of any gas station around here (Frisco, Texas). Also, get 4% cash back on the monthly statement.
Another benefit that I didn’t realize until the Houston flood 2 or 3 years ago. There was a perceived gas shortage which caused people to panic and everybody tried to gas up even if they didn’t need it. Costco, being members only wasn’t selling gas to anyone that drove up. You had to have a Costco card. I had to gas up one time during that time frame. Not only was the line not very long but Costco had employees at the station directing traffic and telling people how to queue up. I timed it and I waited in line less than 15 minutes.

nah, there's a reason that gas is $.50/gal less than Exxon, Chevron, Shell and BP.

Most gas stations in the southeast use gas delivered by 2 pipelines that mix all the manufacturers products. The only thing different is the additives that are put in before it gets to the stations.
TLDR; it doesn’t matter

I like going to either QT, Walmart Murphys, or Kroger. But that's because they typically have the cheapest gas.
If I'm out and about driving then I don't care that much. I dont trip that much on which gas I will and wont take. The only places I dont do are the ones that look super tiny and the lights are super dim. But even then, that's not because of the gas, but moreso because getting robbed isnt exacty on my to-do list.

Tongue in cheek? It is no where near $ .50 cheaper but it is less.

The one that is on the right side of the road.

whatever I'm closest to. Im not spending $3 in gas to save $0.05 a gallon across town.
I never noticed a difference in gas from any station I've gone to, short of there being water in their tank once

I'm not loyal to gas stations

Costco, B-Quick, then the closest one. I also try to avoid stations where I am likely to get a panhandler.

I get gas at a gas station when the tank starts to run empty.

Exactly. I did some time on a petroleum products tanker hauling clean product from a marathon refinery. That gas was distributed to every company you could imagine

Usually Murphy at Walmart, but when on the road anyone when I need gas.
