Which do you find more interesting: the World Cup or the Tour de France?

I tend to watch both while they are on, but I can't help but think I am just feigning interest while I wait for football season. I would probably watch cricket if somebody told me it was the biggest event in the world (and it was July).
This morning I argued about England vs. Croatia with some dude, and I swear I was just making shite up.

I love the emotions and nationalism of the World Cup, but man the French countryside is breathtakingly beautiful.

We watch Tour de France every year. My husband mostly...but I'll watch when he has it on.
I think it would be really cool to be in France along one of the routes for the Tour.

I don’t watch either because they suck equally

I never remember or even try to remember to watch either. But for some reason, if I start watching a stage of the tour, I can't stop, and 3 hours later I realize I'm still watching.
Sometimes I can get into soccer, but it happens more often with something like the tour.
