I’m going with the Nazi uniforms, they were the most stylish and intimidating especially officer uniforms.

All of the German gear was better than average.
Their SS uniform was crisp. Unfortunately it was wrapped around human garbage.

Been watching man in the high castle lately and have noticed how sharp and detailed nazi uniforms were. Then I can't help but think how much time and money went into designing and creating these intricate uniforms for a regime that would fall and was basically wiped off the face of the Earth
