Tiger Droppings is the worst addiction.
In my yearly review I get all positive remarks except for the amount of time I spend on TD.
As much as I try to keep it to a minimum, if there is a break in my workload I immediately log on and see what's happening.

Smokeless tobacco has been the hardest for me... and I had a 10 year run with opiates, which I had and still have unlimited access to... been clean from that for over 6 years now, but tobacco, yeah, that's a whole 'nutha beast there...

i've quit smoking twice. when i decided to quit it wasn't that difficult either time. reason i started again was by choice (i love smoking plus i started drinking). now i don't drink anymore. i doubt i could drink regularly and not start smoking again

Eh, they’re roughly the same. Main difference is public perception and treatment infrastructure currently in place. This is especially true with the “opioid crisis”.

Gambling can be a wonderful addiction, depends on how talented of a gambler you are.

Pills are the worst overall for health purposes, money, difficulty to quit.
Nicotine is bad but smokeless tobacco isn’t really that bad for you overall and the availability, legality, actual difficulty to quit, and the fact that it’s not that big of a deal in the public eye makes it a tough habit to stop. Also, nobody has ever sucked a dick for some Copenhagen.

I had a boss who fought in vietnam. He told me a guy he served with ended up getting addicted to heroin, etc. When he had 3 weeks left on his tour, he said the guy didn't want his parents to see him that way so he decided to stop using and for 3 weeks he hid out under his bed and during that he went through all the things people go through when they stop using drugs they are addicted to.
My then boss told me that the day the guy left, he told him... "as hard as it was for me to kick my addictions, I did it.. But there is one I can't get rid of" and he showed him a cigarette. Going off of that story, I would have to say cigarettes..
The only people I can think of, who quit smoking, are people who were not heavy smokers and hadn't smoked for a relatively long time.

Porn is free. It gives me a massive erection, then I rub one out. Then I'm sleepy and take a nap. Wins all around.
