Truth of the matter is, ALL car companies have. Hyundai puts out a $20K car that if of far better quality now then Lexus had in their $50K car just 5 years ago.
There are MANY reasons why this is true, but it IS true, it makes me laugh when people start talking about this car is better than that car or whatever, just buy the one you like, they ALL have great quality any more.

Would have included the Trans Am...but they stopped putting the 6.6 in them in '79. From then on...they pretty much had the 305 (with the exception of 1980, when they had the 4.9 Turbo option)
