Taking a new job that allows me to live anywhere. Only criteria is that I need to be within a two hour drive to a major airport and I have a family with young kids so great schools are a must.

Seriously, I would live in Northern San Diego County. Solana Beach, Carlsbad, Oceanside area.

Princeton, NJ. - A small town feel with Manhattan just a short, cheap train ride away and great schools.

Any of the small towns around San Francisco, take your pick. Don't live in San Fran though.

Tampa Bay, FL. Always liked that town. Got the beach, great weather. Don't know about the schools, though.

I recently started over and knew I either wanted to live in Nashville or Dallas. The first great job offer I got was in Dallas, so I took it. Loving it here so far.

Depends on so many personal things.

If you are in Texas, do you plan to stay in the south?

If you are considering moving anywhere, then Delaware is the most tax friendly state in the country according to Kiplinger.

The per capita personal income was $34,199, ranking 9th highest in the nation.

Delaware is still pretty rural, so you get the small town atmosphere, but the small state is between Washington D.C. and New York City and that whole corridor is served by trains 24/7.

Plenty of water sports with the bay between Delaware and New Jersey.

Four seasons. Yes, winter can be cold, but not brutal like Vermont.

Only problem is, LSU sports are in a land far, far away.
