Several people have mentioned La Jolla, what is a reasonable salary to live comfortably there? 100k? 250k? 500k?
I stayed there a decade ago for a weekend and thought it was pretty high end. La Jolla is the expensive neighborhood of one of the most expensive cities in America (SD). I was young and dumb when I visited though so my perception may be off a little.

What type of job are you doing & salary? I'd like to apply if they are hiring
Islamorada in the Keys
KW is only 80 miles, Miami less than 60.....Great fishing, diving etc. Incredible food & Monroe County has some really great
A+ & A rated schools.
P.S. There are times in July, August & even September when it's Africa hot.....though you are less than a mile, most times much less from the Atlantic or Florida Bay either to the east or west where you can jump in & cool off.

Arkansas, or any mid west state might as well be Iraq. There is no reason to live there.
I get it. It's why I want to move as far away as I can. However for my business it's a very smart area to keep the backbone of the operation in NWA and personally live wherever.

Where i'm living now. Hawaii is an incredibly beautiful place.
I'd say Colorado or Montana though. May actually do that in a few years.
