Entering my second busy season at a CPA firm, going out to audit clients during the day until they kicked us out, then driving back to the firm to have dinner that they provided and working late into the night, just to get up and do it all over again until May.

At 33, I was just working, married with a 3 year old, playing modified softball with a bunch of friends.

Now I just sit at home, never see any of those softball buddies, play golf every once in a while with other friends.

I've become a homebody. They say that happens.

Katrina was in August ‘05 so Id be coming homing from work wondering when my inlaws would decide to go back home to new orleans.
