Legalize it and ban all tobacco and vaping.

It’s a plant

Huh? Most dispensaries have the top shelf lab tested stuff with very high THC concentrations.
Dispensaries have marijuana grown for quickest turnaround on harvest time, and peak thc...which is vastly different than peak ripeness. If the trichomes aren't 50% or more amber, I don't want it.

It's dumb that it's not legalized and everytime this topic comes up the retards don't ever have a good reason why it shouldn't.
Our Federal government has tried to eradicate the most useful plant on earth for no reason.

I don’t want to be picking my child up from school or shopping and people are smoking in public. I see people smoking that shite with kids in their car. That’s pathetic.
And people drink and smoke tobacco with kids in their car. Maybe turn your rage to them first.

Should it be legal?

Should be 100% legal. It's nothing compared to booze. And I'm posting this as I finish my 4th beer of the night. fricking legalize it.

Absolutely in favor of legalizing it nationwide. It's far past time and it's ridiculous that it's still banned at the Federal level. Like everyone else has said no good reason why marijuana is banned yet alcohol is openly available. In the very least the Federal ban should end and it should be up to the states.
And with the way our government (federal and state) spends money it shouldn't even be taxed above the regular sales tax.
I personally have never tried marijuana but have gotten curious in the past few years. My former position involved a lot of driving to different locations and sometimes operating lift equipment so of course I was always subject to random drug tests. Never could try it without risking my employment and it definitely wasn't worth losing my job over.
Due to the pandemic though I was laid off from my job about a month ago so I really have considered giving it a try. I have no clue where to even begin with it though. I live in Central Florida currently where it's only legal for medical purposes. Any recommendations?

Same people who are against legalization call it a "gateway drug" and believe in all these "constitutional rights!" and the majority drink (lol) .People are gonna smoke either way. Let your little blonde daughter go to the hood where pills, devils dandruff and meth are offered in the form of "hey I don't have any weed but I have this" but yeah, be against the use of weed under a doctor. Makes sense

Look to Colorado for answers. Not worth all the problems it brings.

Till they get a way to test someone on the spot if they are loaded, I say no. For medical use, yes.

Were you for making alcohol illegal prior to the widespread use of portable breathalyzers? It hasn't been that long since the SFST was the main determination for the PC to haul someone in for BAC testing.

I’m for legalization of everything - not just weed. But above statement just depends how you react to weed.
I can easily sit on one vape cartridge for a solid year if not more
I say that while sitting next to my volcano that’s been boxed up for 2 years. Lol.

Legalize it and release the prisoners who are locked up for weed. Immediately
