The most recent evidence suggested that intake of milk and dairy products was associated with reduced risk of childhood obesity. In adults, intake of dairy products was shown to improve body composition and facilitate weight loss during energy restriction. In addition, intake of milk and dairy products was associated with a neutral or reduced risk of type 2 diabetes and a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease, particularly stroke. Furthermore, the evidence suggested a beneficial effect of milk and dairy intake on bone mineral density but no association with risk of bone fracture. Among cancers, milk and dairy intake was inversely associated with colorectal cancer, bladder cancer, gastric cancer, and breast cancer, and not associated with risk of pancreatic cancer, ovarian cancer, or lung cancer, while the evidence for prostate cancer risk was inconsistent. Finally, consumption of milk and dairy products was not associated with all-cause mortality. Calcium-fortified plant-based drinks have been included as an alternative to dairy products in the nutrition recommendations in several countries. However, nutritionally, cow's milk and plant-based drinks are completely different foods, and an evidence-based conclusion on the health value of the plant-based drinks requires more studies in humans.

So a manlet. Though I doubt you even have the muscle mass for that. Most likely a smurf.

You can have a simple test done to see if your genetics are evolved enough to process dairy without inflammation.
If so, it's rather wholesome calories with a fair amount of vitamins and minerals.
I primarily don't drink milk these days, but there is a high protein whole milk I'll grab instead of a coke if I'm thirsty at a gas station.
Also have four scoops of whey every morning...

drink milk all the time. I was surprised to find out a couple years ago that about 2/3 of the world has a milk intolerance.
Yep... only people not lactose intolerant in adulthood or Americans (Black and White people)...

At least a decade. I gave up dairy long ago.

That’s what the heavy whipping cream is for. My coffee drink on non fast days is 1/2 cold brew, 1/4 heavy whipping cream and 1/4 cashew milk. So good.
On fasting days I mix cold brew and sparkling water

Northern European and north African genetics not intermingled with oriental or American Indian genes.
However, even with those genetic gifts, you can still have issues with your body not properly processing dairy. You may be able to consume the milk sugars, but it's common to have a mild allergy to the dairy itself. You'll simply feel sluggish rather than have terrible painful gas.

I’m all for funny banter on the inter webs but I need OP to walk me through the process of coming up with this topic and posting it. If you don’t drink milk, what makes this pop into your brain. Are you bored? I just don’t get the randomness.

Milk comes from a tit. Juice comes from nuts. sounds like you Soy boys prefer sucking nuts to tits.
