Labor Day. Took a rented minivan accidentally down a dirt road in Grand Teton. Probably could have easily gotten stuck. Got a good look at some buffalo though so well worth it.

This past weekend, wife and I were visiting her son living in the woods near Crescent, Oklahoma. We drove many miles over red dust roads to get to his house and to her grandson's house a few miles away. (Our white SUV was very red from this experience.

Couple days ago all over southeastern La., but I was looking for sneks.

And the week before that I drove all over Florida on unpaved roads looking for other sneks.

I’m a product of Grant and Winn parish. So everyday pretty much. And 2-3 times a month we load up with an iced down cooler, turn on good music or an LSU game, and ride. You can drive for miles and never see another car. And if you do, they are doing the same thing. Good times.

You can only make it to the channel at Port Mansfield. There isn't a bridge across it to keep going south.

Every summer in northern Wisconsin in the Nicolet National Forest, so many lakes only accessible via portaging a canoe/kayak.

2 weeks ago when we went out to Shiprock in NW New Mexico. We were on the rez and road went from paved to flat, firm dirt, and then to a trail.

We stopped before we got to the rock so we didn't lose an oil pan in the RAV4 or get stuck in the middle of nowhere.

The kids came ask me if we could go ride a couple hours ago. We jumped in the Jeep and made about a 30 mile “loop”. With all the rain last night, it made for a good ride. Good times, good memories.

Iowa is chock full of them, I’m pretty sure I’ve driven on more dirt/gravel roads in Iowa then all the rest of the states we run put together.

Not sure on dirt but plenty of gravel roads.

A few years ago when the basin was closed I hoped off at Sherburne and went to 190. My brother has a place in Alice Texas and his place is off a gravel road.

I can’t remember anything past 4 hours ago, so I got no clue. But I have heard nine separate songs in the last thirty minutes about that exact thing on the country music radio station down there.
