some of the moms are out of control. had one stalk me up and down the sidelines at flag football saturday from across the field. yelled at me the whole game and filled the air with "culture". it was glorious. apparently I was cheating by going fast and not letting their coach tell each player what to do and take 3 min between snaps, so i needed some culture in my life.

Some of the dads are not that much better. Saw a bunch of dads lose their shite at a ref due to an inadvertent whistle (defender lost her own flag going for the QB, and ref thought it was the QB's flag that fell) in a JV flag football game (9-12 year olds)

I had a good conversation with one of my black friends about this a few months ago. I asked why black people give their kids strange names when all that does is set them up for immediate judgement. Many employers see names like that on resumes and immediately toss them in the trash.
FWIW, His kid's name is Brysten. He's good with that name.

Imagine that. Certain people of society just can’t act responsible and behave like a normal human. They always have to be extra and take no accountability. They also wonder why decent people don’t want them around or to have anything to do with them. COLOR me shocked.

so we play in a league that allows you to bring your own team but is rec. used to be worse behavior wise. It got so bad 2 years ago with incidents of guns during playoff games, they had to shut the playoffs down for 2 years. it had gotten insane. mostly moms getting pissed off and then getting the dads(the few that actually are around) all pissed off.
its calmed down some but still gets out of hand imo. If you even try and enforce the rules they get pissed and start screaming about disrespect. its fricking ridiculous.
