When did driving down Siegen turn into a game of Frogger

I've almost run over like 6 homeless people in the past week that are running across 6 lanes of flowing traffic. Had to dodge 2 back to back just this morning.
The last one made me lock up the brakes at 50mph and just smiled as he walked across.

Siegen Lane has overtaken Essen for traffic shitshow winner in EBR.

I haven’t had any trouble with homeless people but there have been a lot of “section 8 people” walking in traffic around me recently
