Well they did test positive for various drugs that they claim were put in their drinks. Camera footage should tell alot.

This happened earlier this year. Like January or February. There was some exculpatory evidence where the girls were being pretty friendly with the accused on the way to their rooms. Not saying drugs or alcohol weren’t involved that lead to something else (date rape,) just that the initial story didn’t line up with later video footage exactly.
Could come out either way.
