Whitney is closing some of their locations, transitioning others.

Lots of banks have been going to drive through only. This is true of non-bank businesses as well. Lots of places going to curbside pick up.

The fact that cash transactions are still being allowed is laughable. Seems like that would have been the first thing to be stopped

Kinda is. Your title suggests people won't have access to their money when that's not what's happening at all. In fact the banks are just going to drive thru.
