For who knows what reason, she really likes looking away from me while trying to talk and then gets mad when I ask her to repeat.

My wife is a soft talker. She likes to tell me things when I'm near running water. I cannot hear her so I have to either stop, ignore, or yell for her to wait.
Equal to this is she likes to ask me for an answer to a question then immediately disagrees with my answer. What is up with that?

This! Just put it in one text! Her friends do the same in a group text conversation.
And she doesn’t correct all the autocorrects or grossly misspelled words….I have to read it 3 times to figure out what she’s trying to say.

She tends to assume the worst and that people always think bad about her.
If someone walks by and sniffles instead of assuming they have allergies she thinks she must smell bad. This is one example. Or if people are whispering then they must be talking bad about her. It stems from her growing up with a mean arse step mom who treated her like shite

We’ve got shite piling up on every shelf, kitchen counter top, table, desk, mantle, stairwell rail, side table. Like living in a pig pen and alone can’t keep it tidy. She doesn’t seem to mind the clutter which is pretty fricking annoying.

Currently it’s promise every year we won’t get each other gifts and focus on the kiddo and then I find out today she got me a few things. Now I have to scramble this week to get her things. It’s like this yearly and I never learn
