Back in the day, I would wander into the little people's break room and buy a diet Dr Pepper and a pack of those square orange crackers with peanut butter to show solidarity with their miserable workplace existence.

Now I am retired, so I eat an Adkins bar with my Diet Dr. Pepper.

MD the Adkins preservatives and super processed ingredients are actually worse health wise than the stuff in conventional snacks. But at least you’re trying.

It’s hard to find what is really healthy and still readily and affordably available. Sis the pharmacist is still looking for a Adkins sweet treat alternative for me.
