I want to say Ruby Tuesdays, but that's probably mostly because I've got some good memories involving it.
I've only eaten at Outback like 2 or 3 times in the last few years, but the food was very good each time. So, I guess I'll say Outback.

I will probably get a lot of down votes for this but my favorite in the Clear Lake area is BJ's. Beer is good, food is good , no problem with service . Yardhouse is also very good.

My parents were the OG foodies and I never had Chili’s, Applebee’s or Olive Garden growing up, instead we ate out at non chains. In college I went to a TGIF and got violently ill, since then I’ve only been to one of these chains maybe 3 times. Louisiana folks, Nola area specifically, are spoiled by eating out options.
FWIW, Hooters has decent wings from what I remember but it’s been years since I’ve been there.

Olive Garden here.
Unlimited salad and breadsticks help a lot. The entrees aren't something to write home about, but it's usually fairly consistent quality and passable. When they do the endless pasta bowls in your own combination, I can get down with that.
