Olive Garden and Longhorn. The O'Charley's near me used to be pretty damn good, but something changed a while back and the food took a huge step down. It is disgusting now.

I haven't been in an Olive Garden in probably 15 years, but I don't recall any of the ones I've been to having an offensive smell inside them.
