I saw a man's toes in church this morning and that should NEVER happen.
MEN should not wear sandals in church OR if you must then please wear tube socks with your sandals.

I stopped going to church when it became politicized, left and right.
I do make a true tithe (ten percent) to faith-based organizations that are doing what I see as good stuff.

I went to one of the big fundie summer camps as a kid and our counselor who was a college kid sat us down and told us horror stories about drinking and how he almost got cut from his college sports team before he found the lord
I drink more than him in a week now than he drank his whole life probably
Also being from Louisiana I got put in the untouchable caste and they made me hang out with the kids from Plano

The point is you are supposed to wear your best when entering the house of God. Maybe a pair of sandals or flip flops is the best some people have and that’s ok, but not for a lot and they know it. Don’t dress lazy when going to Church because God has never been lazy towards you. God deserves better than that.
