Mid-40's wife who can't hear or doesn't listen and refuses to get her hearing checked. I have to repeat myself so often that now when she says "say that again" I just walk away.

I think many a husband can relate to this.
And many a wife gets frustrated when their husband’s eyes glaze over 5 minutes into an unnecessary backstory.
Husband: “What time’s the party?”
Wife: “Well, it was supposed to be at 3, but it looks like it’s going to rain. It’s rained so much lately. So, at first it got moved up to 11, but that conflicted with too many people’s plans. Plus, that’s pushing nap time for a lot of the families with young kids. So, it got moved again to 5. Which was fine from a nap standpoint and people’s plans, but they are still not convinced the rain will have stopped by then. So I think they moved it indoors.”
Husband: “So, it’s at 5?”
Wife: “No. It’s at 3. Same time as before, just indoors.”

For some reason my stuff has to be squared away and unseen by anyone while my wife and daughter's shite can be strewn randomly around the house.

I'm shocked we haven't had any bags of sand responses. Everyone seems legit.

Ask, "can you help me with such and such when you get a minute?" Then she stands there staring at me, hands on hips, waiting for me to do it right then.

Didn't you do this same thread a few weeks ago?

I might have started a similar thread, but who cares? It still got 4 pages of responses this time.
At least I’m not a useless tub of lard like you who never starts threads and instead just talks shite and trolls in everyone’s else’s threads. You contribute no original content at all.
No idea how you haven’t been banned yet. You’re basically the number one troll and a-hole on the board.

No concept of time while cooking.
If we are having one thing that takes 8 mins on the stovetop with something that takes 25 mins in the oven, she will start them both at the same time and then get upset when we mention it.

Does not wash the dishes right away or sometimes leaves them in the basin overnight.
Sloppy parking of the car.
Leaves glasses in random places all over the house

I'm over all the shite that pissed me off forever. We get along now better than ever. It wasn't always like that.

42 pairs of shoes strewn about the living room.
Starts serious conversations when I’m literally falling asleep.

When I grill or smoke something I’ve got a pretty good idea of when it will be done. I’ll typically give 30 minutes to an hour heads up to cook or prep the additional sides. Never fails that I pull something off and she’s just starting all the sides. I’ll even preheat the oven, air fryer, etc. to give a sense of urgency. I no longer cook smash burgers because of this.

Mine mostly keeps it to her closet or beside the bed. But the shoes are a complete mess in the closet. Nothing paired up, just random pile of shoes. She must just go in there and kick them off and let them land wherever.
But it reminded me of another one. Next to her nightstand she has about 5 things plugged in. Phone charger, lamp, laptop charger, heating pad, and something else. It’s a big mess of cords. Then complained when I stepped on the cord trying to get to my closet. Where should I step right there and not step on a cord?
