My wife can tell how drunk I get by whether or not she detects the smell of burnt cheese.
My go to is to heat up the cast iron as hot as it can get and slap a piece of sargento's pepper jack on it. I'm talking burn the shite out of it. I only do that after getting deep into a fifth of Elijah Craig.
