Hopefully whoever knows the answer to this also knows wtf the deal is with the Jason Vorhies hockey masks on rear view mirrors. Been trying to figure that out for years. I even made a thread about it about 6-7 years ago

It’s kind of a jeep souvenir that other jeep drivers leave on another jeep with a little note on it.
It’s just for fun and to brighten someone’s day

I found a rubber duck in my 1945 Jeep. Until I read this thread, I thought my dog and brought it with her. I assume someone put it on the passenger floorboard which is where I found it.
It is odd that when I drive the old Jeep and meet someone in driving a newer Jeep oh, they rarely wave. When I drive my old Mustang, almost every Mustang driver waves. The same is true for my old Chrysler 300.

do you have to get the jeep 'growly face' mod first to get a rubber duck?
because the bigger the scowl..the cooler the jeep driver?
also make sure to get multicolored halos around the headlights that 'blink' the top half when you turn so your jeep will reach peak faginess.

Stock Jeeps never get waves.
A real Willis Jeep is probably unrecognized by half of the newer Jeep owners. So frick them. I'm also guessing half of those fit in the aforementioned stock jeep category.

I used to own a Ford Mustang GT and had a Chrysler 300 as a company car years ago. I can't remember anyone waving at me. Is this something new?

My 300 is a 69 convertible ... 70 was the last year of the 300 before the resurrection.
