What’s up with grown women wanting to always visit Build A Bear?

I get that Build A Bear could be a fun thing for kids to do. They can go build and design a stuffed bear but what’s up with grown women wanting to build their own bear, name the bear and take pics of their bear for their social media accounts?
I live by a mall so I’m there a lot. The mall has a build a bear at the main entrance and every time I walk by the place there are always grown women (no kids around) getting pics made with the bear they just made.
I just find this fad a little odd for grown Karens wanting to show off their new bears they made and post it to their social medias

It’s not like an 80s mall.. it’s an outside shopping area which they don’t really call those types malls anymore

Seems like a better question is why you’re at the mall so much. I live near a mall and have maybe gone there three or four in the last year (and that’s usually to grab lunch at the Chinese place). But you’re in there “a lot”..?

Has a lot of great restaurants I eat at. Not food court restaurants but real restaurants

Oh yeah, with your kid that’s one thing. That actually sounds fun. But it’s kind of like taking your kid to the Magic Kingdom. If you’re an adult and don’t have your kid with you, stick with Epcot.
