What’s up with all these shootings in this state

Saw the thread about Shreveport fair here’s my story yesterday. We were at evil visions in Monroe and as soon as we were walking to buy tickets, we saw a large group of people running then we heard 4 shots fired just across the street and we ran back to the car. It sucks because these kids can’t have fun without fear of getting shot.

No one said no as a child. No one got spanked. No one told them to do the homework. No one told them that if you disagree with someone go up and punch or not but resorting to a gun is for the little one's.

Local governments incentivize, excuse, and applaud criminal behavior. Shouldn’t be shocked that you get more of it.
