What's too hot to train?

As many of you know, my gym is in a warehouse, and my truck says the current temp is 112. However, I'm team #NoDaysOff.

What say you?

Well, it was so hot today in the UK they had to slow down the trains and even stopped some of them completely.

If it’s 90+ and the heat index is over 100, I’m not running outside and I can’t stand running on the treadmill. I’ll usually wait and go early the next morning.
