i also train in a warehouse with no ac at around 10am every morning. get with it. drink electrolytes if you need to. good idea afterwards and before bed.

between stretching/warmups and my workout, it takes around an hour and fifteen minutes, six days a week.

I worked out in a park today. Was pretty nice. If you're hydrated I wouldn't worry.

Seems kind of demeaning if she’s 8 or above. Find yourself and your buddies a solid 7.

Some folks do hot yoga. It doesn't seem to hurt them.

Truck temp is not even a thermometer (my weatherman said this so must be true).

Sounds like an excuse to me. Kidding.

That’s heat exhaustion risk zone imo

Those guys have a helluva grip.

I rode on the side of a coal hopper for a few miles once and that was enough for me. And that was with a step and grab irons designed for it.

As many of you know, my gym is in a warehouse, and my truck says the current temp is 112. However, I'm team #NoDaysOff.

What say you?

They found Marion Barber dead of heat stroke in his apartment… apparently he was working out with the thermostat set at 91F.

Just put the headphones on and turn your brain off. Way hot to be running outside even early.

If you're training a dragon, heat shouldn't matter.
