Good parenting to keep tabs on the kiddos or psycho helicopter parenting who won’t let their kids live?

Useful tool when not used by a controlling psych.

It's up to you to make sure you're not married to and/or raising a child with one of those.

My whole family uses it. It’s annoying when I’m at the store and someone calls me to pick up stuff.

Its what i have used as a threat before with my kids. I would never truly consider it unless there was an ongoing issue though.

When your kid starts driving it’s well worth it
Once they get to sr year or college it’s probably time to turn it off

had it on my kids until they were somewhat responsible....first time it came in handy we let my 16yr old new driver take my wife's range rover "to lunch" with friend after church on a Sunday morning...2p.m. comes and he isn't responding to calls or text...i look on life360 and it shows he is in a field in the middle of no where...i'm concerned he has crashed -- get there and he had been mudding and got stuck -- they had been trying to get him out for 2 hours -- ended up paying 300 buck for a tow truck to get him out of there....he didn't drive the range rover again for a long time

We use it at pimpbobi manor. To my knowledge it has not been used for evil.

I'm just glad that cell phones didn't have location tracking apps when I was a teenager

My boys are on the lake a lot, and that's usually the only time I check it. Make sure they are safe if weather is approaching.

And if they get on some big fish and lie about where they were.

I think it's akin to Communism and will never take part in it.

But I'm glad my wife has it to tell me where my kids are..

Previously they would have eventually figured it out and given the Range Rover the detail of its life. Then there would be a great story, and in 20 years you might hear about it!

We use it at our house. I don’t set up alerts or any of that but with a teenager about to be driving it will be nice to know they’re safe.
