Maybe not the worst, but when I was a kid I had a big-arse dog tick in my belly button.

I think redbugs on your sack are terrible.

00s of red bug bites from my ankles to my belt line. That’s happened twice. I wanted to die.

I have had this happen as well. Most miserable feeling I have ever had.

Spider bite on the ol' nut sack. I was 10 years old. It was excruciating!

Easily the worst but also the most satisfying to scratch if/when you're able, at least in my experience.

Ticks OTOH, there is no upside to having them latch on your twig 'n berries.

Not a bug, but the worst thing I saw was when a buddy and I were wading a big dewatering area in NE AL catching buckets of crawfish. We were in the middle of a flooded field in thigh-deep water and he kept complaining of his foot hurting like hell. When we got to the bank, he took his shoe off and he had a baby catfish stuck between his big toe and the toe beside it. Its two side spikes were stuck in each of those toes and he was bleeding like a motherfricker. Must be some anticoagulant agent in the catfish spike venom. His foot swelled up and looked horrible for days. Not at all unlike a copperhead bite.

Last year a Yellow Jacket stung me on the Balls on the trace in hattiesburg. I felt bad bc they had a kids helmet and a small bike that was left on the trail. I guess a small kid disturbed a nest. My dog got smashed and so did the wife. So I went to kill them with fire literally. When doing so I got popped about 6 or 7 times. But I did kill them all. frick a yellow jacket.

Wasp sting on my eyelid. I still fear that happening again. I looked like I'd done half a round with Peak Mike Tyson (that's how long I could stoically run from him).

A brown recluse bit me on the inside of my top knuckle on my left thumb. Put me in the hospital for three days. I was lucky to have the bite at a location with some calluses. After the operation to remove all the necrotic tissue by the orthopedic surgeon I regained full use of my thumb after 6 months. That spider bite knocked me on my arse though.

I saw a guy who showed me his brown recluse bite which occurred in the soft tissue of his thumb webbing (correct term?), and it was horrific.

Red Wasp on the inner thigh, 3 times within a few seconds. I was washing cars in the driveway, wearing some old gym shorts. I was up on a step stool with a big long handled brush cleaning the roof on the wife's minivan that she had at the time. Felt something pop around my knee. I swatted, but didn't see or feel anything. Then sting 2 up higher, then sting 3 even higher. I jumped down, stripped off the shorts and was standing in the garage with nothing but underwear on. I saw the little red devil come crawling out of the shorts I had just been wearing. He met his demise at a swat of my flip flop, but not before tagging me 3 times. It swoll up and turned red, and it looked and felt like a bad sunburn for a few days. I found their nest the next day and took it out on them.

bee sting on bottom of foot walking through the yard. It itched so bad I was scrubbing the sole of my foot with a hair brush.

little spider bite in my taint, but spiders aren't bugs...it was painful and embarrassing to have treated.

My brother definitely. We went blackberry picking in shorts and got ate up by the red bugs. Mine were bad, but God almighty he had MULTIPLE bites on nut sack and pecker. Watching my mom trying to put anti itch cream on him was funnier than trying to bath a cat.
