I was at a Microtel for a basketball tournament last year in Miami OK. As I was sitting waiting in the team to come out one of the other patron families was trying to get their money back from their previous night's stay. Apparently when they work up, their sheets were shite stained.

It wasn't for work, but we took a family camping trip from Louisiana to Wyoming. Ended up going to Yellowstone and Big Horn. We were ruffing it. We stayed at campgrounds that looked like that picture minus the building.

I never had the desire to go camping on vacation ever again after that experience.

Great fishing and no chance at being murdered. I don’t see the issue.

River Rouge MI.... only place worse in the US that I have visited is Baltimore. Outside of inter harbor in Baltimore is shockingly bad.

Yeah. The shitholes in Nigeria and Africa are next level.

Baltimore? Detroit? St. Louis? Hell, there’s plenty to do there and easy ways to entertain yourself safely.

I’ve been there and not for work but agree. Hadn’t been there for years and went through after hiking the Guadalupe and was shocked at all the Blue Origin love amongst a (still) armpit town.

Work wise, Crystal City and Carrizo Springs, TX.
