I was in CC's off Perkins while he was working/ ranting. He allegedly was dismissed from LSU for unsubstantiated causes, to which he posts on twitter and does live streams. Not a doctor but my take away is he is mentally out of it and is fixated on his dismissal from LSU and in the underbelly of his mind.

Read his Twitter account. He has a major delusional disorder. Thinks LSU is discriminating against him. Thinks LSU planted a device in his ear that they use to track him. Thinks he is an accomplished author, but if you read anything he has written you will see he writes on an elementary school level. He is an exceptionally sad case.
